"No loss by flood and lightening, no destruction of cities and   temples by the hostile forces of nature, has deprived man of   so many noble lives and impulses as those which intolerance   has destroyed"
- Hellen Keller

Pinnacle Montessori Franchise was started by Alex Freeman, Ph.D. and Kaki V. Reddy both of who have significant child care management and business experience in the last 10 years. Alex has a Doctorate degree in engineering from University of Texas and a Masters in Engineering from University of Houston. Kaki has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas. Both are highly experienced in operations management of highly complex operations and bring this experience and knowledge to the business. Child care is all about achieving operational excellence on a daily basis.

Alex Freeman has developed new learning methodologies and novel learning tools based on his research on inventions and how they happen. Children are constantly inventing as they gain new knowledge. How this process occurs and what methodologies can accelerate it are some of the questions he addressed in his research. Based on this, he was able to develop many new tools which are offered as new Montessori materials and are being used in the schools.

Kaki Reddy worked in the educational products division of Texas Instruments for many years. She developed many of the electronic tools that upper elementary children use in their class room on a daily basis. Some of her innovations are science, math, finance programs that are embedded in electronic calculators and can be used in the class rooms. She also created additional electronic learning tools exclusively for Pinnacle Montessori and are being used currently.

Pinnacle Montessori is an active participant in many charity events and educational events. The school contributes to many educational programs such as Caring Children, Girl Scouts and Boys Scouts.

Both Alex and Kaki own other Montessori schools since 2004 before starting Pinnacle Montessori and both of their daughters attended Montessori schools.
