Parents who are intrested in enrolling your child in Pinnacle Montessori School can apply to the school, prior
to the beginning of the academic year in August, by filling out all applicable forms and by paying the
corresponding nonrefundable application fee. Upon receipt of the requested items,
the parents will receive a confirmation of acceptance along with the Registration
Packet. Please note: The application fee will be applied to the first months tuition.
Prior to the child’s first day of school, the Registration Packet must be filled out completely and returned to
the school together with the balance for the nonrefundable
registration fee. Children attending Pinnacle Montessori will be given registration
priority for the following academic year during our annual re-registration. An annual registration fee is required for each child.
Tuition and fees must be current at the time of the re-registration in order to hold a spot for the upcoming school year.
The following forms, found in the Registration Packet, must be on file
at the school before a child is allowed to attend classes:
In addition, a copy of the student birth certificate and a signed copy of the Parent's
Guide to Day Care Acknowledgement Form must be on file as required by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.

Enrollment at Pinnacle Montessori is considered for the entire academic year, i.e.,
ten calendar months from August through May (summers are payed separately). Three
tuition payment plans covering the academic year are made available by Pinnacle
Montessori to interested parents:
- Tuition A - Single annual payment: payment must be made by
August 1st of the year in which the child is registered; set for those
who prefer the convenience of paying the entire academic year tuition once. A discount
of 5% on the total payment is offered in this plan.
- Tuition B - Semi-annual payment: payment in two installments;
first payment by August 1st, second payment by January 1st. A discount
of 2% is offered in this plan.
- Tuition C - Monthly payment: first payment by August 1st,
followed by nine equal payments due by the 1st of each subsequent month.
Option for Tuition A, Tuition B or Tuition C must be made upon registration and
it can not be changed during the academic year. A payment statement will be provided
by February 15th for tax purposes, if requested.
Sibling Discount
Sibling tuition discounts are available. Please, inquire with Pinnacle Montessori
Administration or consult the latest Parent's Handbook for the applicable tuition discount.
Summer Sessions
Summers are the only months a child can be absent and we reserve the seat for them
to come back in August. This tuition break allows parents flexibility with summer vacations and camps, etc. Parents
must inform the school that they are planning to be absent from summer in order
to be not charged for summer months. This needs to be done before May 1st.
Special registration forms and detailed information will be made available to all
Pinnacle Montessori children. Children new to Pinnacle Montessori will be able to
apply and register to the summer sessions by submitting a registration form and
a nonrefundable registration fee. Each summer session carries a tuition equal to
1/10 of the academic year tuition, which must be paid by June 1st (Summer
I) and by July 1st (Summer II). A discount on the summer tuition is offered
to families with more than one enrolled child.
Supply Fee
Supply fees are due twice a year for the academic Fall and Spring semesters. The
first (Fall) supply fee is due at the time of the registration; the second (Spring)
supply fee is due January 1st of the academic year currently enrolled. Each Summer
Session is also assessed a supply fee, which must be paid when submitting the summer
registration form. All supply fees are nonrefundable.
Insufficient Funds Fee
There is a charge for any check that is returned due to insufficient funds. Personal
checks will no longer be accepted after two returned checks; in this case, the remaining
tuition and fees payments will have to be made via money order or cashier's check.
