We’re proud to say that we’ve been part of PMA of Castle Hills since the very beginning. Watching this school grow into such a vibrant, loving, and enriching community has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our careers, and it’s a joy to continue this journey with you and your children.
Together, we bring over 28 years of combined experience in early childhood education and a shared passion for the Montessori philosophy. More importantly, we bring our whole hearts into leading this school. PMA isn’t just where we work, it’s our second home.
This marks my 5th year as the Site Director at PMA of Castle Hills and over 18 years in early childhood education. While I’ve explored many philosophies over the years, the Traditional Montessori method remains closest to my heart. Witnessing a child discover something new, at their own pace, and seeing that spark of pride in their eyes is what keeps me inspired every single day. My leadership is rooted in three values: build meaningful relationships, work with intention, make the experience joyful for all students, families, and staff alike.
My journey at PMA of Castle Hills began nearly five years ago, following a decade long career in education after graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas in Child Learning and Development. I started as a Montessori assistant teacher, and it didn’t take long to fall in love with the hands-on, individualized approach that helps children grow into confident, capable learners. In my administrative role, I’m dedicated to ensuring that every child and every family feels supported, heard, and valued.
At PMA of Castle Hills, we believe in the power of community. We value respect, curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. Most of all, we believe that when we work together with families, teachers, and leadership, our children thrive.
Our doors are always open, and our hearts are fully in this school. We’re looking forward to a year full of growth, joyful learning, and special moments. Thank you for being part of our PMA family!
