Vanessa Tellez is a dedicated educational leader, proud mother of four wonderful children ages 6 to 11, and a passionate advocate for early childhood education. When she is not at school, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the park with her children, running, and creating lasting memories with her loved ones.

With over 11 years of experience in education and leadership, Ms. Vanessa has devoted her career to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. She has proudly served as the Director of Pinnacle Montessori Academy’s Crown Ridge campus for the past five years and feels truly honored to support the students, families, and staff who make up the school community.

Ms. Vanessa is committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. She believes that meaningful learning experiences help children build confidence, develop strong relationships, and make connections that prepare them for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Working closely with teachers and staff, Ms. Vanessa strives to continue Pinnacle Montessori Academy’s tradition of excellence by fostering strong partnerships with families and creating a positive school culture built on trust, communication, and collaboration.

One of her greatest priorities as Director is ensuring that every family, child, and staff member feels welcomed from the moment they walk through the doors. She is passionate about cultivating a school environment filled with kindness, encouragement, joy, and a true sense of belonging.

Ms. Vanessa considers it a privilege to be part of a community where families and educators work together to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
