Esia completed her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in pursuit of her passion in 2012. Immediately after graduation, she began working in licensed childcare centers, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills. Her journey with Pinnacle Montessori started in 2014 when she initially served as the Assistant Director for nine years. During this time, she obtained her Director Credential in 2015 and her NAMC Montessori Diploma in 2020, further cementing her expertise in early childhood education.
In October 2023, Esia stepped into the role of Director at Pinnacle Montessori, bringing nearly a decade of experience and a deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy. Her extensive background and qualifications make her exceptionally well-suited to lead the school and continue its tradition of excellence.
Esia’s connection to Pinnacle Montessori is deeply personal. She has two children who have grown up within the school’s nurturing environment. Her children have completed the Infant, Toddler, Pre-Primary, and Primary programs at Pinnacle Montessori. This firsthand experience as a parent reinforces Esia’s belief in the school’s educational philosophy, practices, teachers, and overall mission.
