Hello, my name is Nicolette Votta, and I am truly honored to fulfil the role of Admin and Enrolment Director at Pinnacle Montessori of St. Paul. This school holds a special place in my heart, as not only do I lead it, but my own two children also attend here. Before assuming this position, I served as a lead teacher and an Assistant Director within the school. Building on my rewarding teaching background, I have acquired Director Certification to further enhance my expertise in the field.

Being a mother myself, I empathize with the difficulties and worries that accompany placing your child in the care of others. My dedication to establishing a nurturing setting where each child flourishes and every family feels welcomed, motivated me to assume this leadership position. I aimed to instil in parents the assurance that by entrusting us with their most cherished treasures, they are not merely enrolling them in a Montessori academy but also becoming an integral part of our extended family.

At Pinnacle Montessori, our mission is to cultivate a strong sense of belonging and community. We strive to be more than just educators; we aim to be your partners in your child’s voyage of learning and exploration.

Midya Noaman

(Curriculum Director)

Hello! I am Midya Noaman and am delighted to hold the position of Curriculum Director at the Pinnacle Montessori School of St Paul. My journey with the Pinnacle Montessori started as an Assistant teacher and since then it has kept evolving.

Since joining the school, I have gained a deep appreciation for the impact of early childcare. Pinnacle Montessori’s core belief that a child’s character development is as crucial as their academic knowledge resonates strongly with me. Transitioning from Assistant teacher to Curriculum director, I swiftly embraced into my new role. I hold both Montessori Certification as well as Director Certification. These certifications helped me immensely to expand my curriculum knowledge and accomplish my goals as Curriculum Director.

As a curriculum director, my focus is on creating dynamic, inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. By integrating innovative teaching methods and technology, we aim to equip students with the skills to excel in an ever-changing global environment.

My fulfilment lies in collaborating closely with teachers, children, and parents to help them achieve their objectives. I am dedicated to early childhood education, ensuring our children feel safe, loved, and enthusiastic about their school experience.

Communication is key in my approach, and I am eager to contribute positively to the lives of many young children and families.
